BlackTax is a revenue collection agency that covers the cost to put free services and assets in the black community. The agency solicits the aid of a collective funding force by featuring projects that need funding.
Committed to creating the collective funding force, BlackTax corroborates the endowment of funding pools. An individual or business owner can have their own funding pool through BlackTax.
Establishing a sector of affluent funding pools is an internal obligation for constituting rapid project funding among a ‘Collective Funding Force’ and should be administered with exclusivity and privacy. While our private membership association is only available for a select few, we still hope that a ginormous enrollment is possible.

Membership benefits are received via the growth of quality, free service and assets made available within the black communities of this country. Our vendors, services and assets will include security officers for our neighborhoods and events, laundromats, tutors or academic centers, mega auto mechanic shops, farms, vehicles and equipment, dental offices, carpentry, residential towers and elderly leisure facilities. Our ultimate benefit for members will be the development of an autonomous town.
CENSUS OF UNITY – In The Black Community
Our census of unity in the black community is what we prefer to be a movement of all people coming together to put an end to tyranny. There are people in both the white community and black community (including people of Asia) who turn viciously abusive towards their own when they advocate a contribution to relationships outside of their own when it comes to ‘Universal Economic Proclamation.’ Just so happens, the U.E.P. that we are interested in covers the cost for putting free services and assets in the black community first as a transition towards getting away from the use of money and simple barter systems.
Our preference to start with the black community has to do with the internal conditions that allowed all of us to be complicit with not only the mass incarceration of black people, but also the historically devastating reality of genocide and displacement during and after chattel slavery. The global campaign to devalue any people associated with the term “Black” is real and resulted in a culturally imposed reality (or cultural hegemony) that is responsible for racism. When it comes to making the world a better place, we would all be hypocrites if we didn’t eradicate this situation and bring in a better system as justice.
FUNDING POOLS
We are using funding pools to brand our effort to assemble a collective funding force. Anyone with a BlackTax decorated funding pool will have unlimited opportunities to fund projects to cover the cost for free services or assets to exist in the black community.
When patronizing black owned businesses be sure that they contribute to a collective effort of this magnitude. Ask them if they are involved in any collective funding trends to bring free services and assets to the black community? Encourage them to set up a funding pool with BlackTax.
