This type of organization serves the purpose of PREVENTING fraud, the use of cheap material, performing dangerously, escalation of threats, as well as ENSURING research, use of experts, mature and competent people, plus the making of solid plans, networks and other resources.
The federal government has over 100 regulatory agencies whose expenses to operate is covered by taxpayers. The BlackTax Agency wants you to know that you can do the same thing specifically for the black community. The difference is you get to pick and choose what you would like to put two dollars towards. We will list quite a few things.
A regulatory commission or agency is known to have been delegated authority by Congress to issue rules or regulations, to issue licenses, to establish rates, or a combination of these things.
