You are confined in your ability to acquire food, water, shelter and a list of so many other things that contribute to poverty, insanity, war and division. The prisoner’s pass is a medium of exchange to facilitate a trade for nearly whatever the prisoner wants. In today’s world we refer to this as MONEY.
