It’s a publication established by a THINK TANK referred to as The Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research (HIIK). This institute was started in 1990 and has been dedicated to researching, documenting and evaluating internal, inter-, trans- and sub-state conflicts around the world.

A global war is taking place right now and Africans are getting the worst of it from all over the planet. Conformity, complicity and pacification are reasons why you may never realize that you are in the middle of a war right now.
